The institution is registered by both the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC), ensuring high standards of education and professional training.

Mkuranga College of Health and Allied Sciences (MCoHAS) is a privately owned institution fully registered under the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) with Registration Number REG/NACTVET/1154. The college was established with a mission to provide quality technical education and training to both local and international communities, with the aim of empowering young people to reach their full potential through their chosen career paths.

MCoHAS was founded in response to the government's call and the growing demand from the community for private sector involvement in expanding access to technical and health-related education. The college is strategically located in Mkuranga, Pwani Region, and currently offers Diploma programs in Clinical Nutrition and Physiotherapy.
